From a small custom shop founded in 2014 to a certified architectural millwork manufacturer serving projects across North America.
2014
Sandha Woodworks is founded — the principal brought years of hands-on carpentry and site experience into a small custom millwork shop rooted in craftsmanship and integrity.
2018
Expanded into full architectural millwork for commercial, institutional, and educational clients across Ontario.
2022
Became a member of AWMAC (Architectural Woodwork Manufacturers Association of Canada), CKCA (Canadian Kitchen Cabinet Association), and WMCO (Wood Manufacturing Cluster of Ontario).
2023
Achieved ISO 9001 certification, formalizing our quality management system across engineering, production, and installation.
Today
A 40,000 sq. ft. facility delivering engineered millwork for schools, universities, healthcare, retail, and commercial fit-outs across North America.
2026
Sandha Metalworks launch — expanding beyond architectural millwork into precision architectural metal fabrication, offering integrated solutions for commercial construction projects across Canada through an experienced international manufacturing partnership.
Our Story
A principal who came up through experience — and built a shop around it.
Sandha Woodworks was founded in 2014 by Chamkaur Sandha, who came to architectural millwork the long way — through years of hands-on carpentry, site installation, and shop floor experience. That background shaped a very specific belief: great millwork is engineered by people who understand how it gets built, delivered, and installed.
From a small custom shop, Sandha Woodworks has grown into a full-service architectural millwork manufacturer serving general contractors, architects, developers, and institutional clients across Canada and into the U.S. Our team, our processes, and our 40,000 sq. ft. facility are all built around one idea: deliver quality work, on time, without surprises.

Chamkaur Sandha
Founder – President
From humble beginnings, Chamkaur founded the company with a clear vision and a strong belief in the value of hard work. Through dedication, hands-on experience, and perseverance, he built the company step by step into a trusted and respected business rooted in integrity, craftsmanship, and quality.
Gurpreet Singh
Project Manager
Gurpreet completed his studies in Business Administration before gaining hands-on experience in the carpentry field. He supports project management through planning, coordination, and communication to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
Muhamed Mahmutovic
Director of Business Development
Muhamed brings over 10 years of experience in project and site management, with a strong background in project execution, contract management, and strategic growth. He focuses on identifying opportunities and supporting successful project delivery.
Jayant Makkar
Project Engineer
Jayant specializes in architectural design and millwork engineering. With a background in architecture and kitchen and bath design, he translates complex concepts into efficient, buildable millwork solutions.
Trevor Guyatt
Senior Estimator
With over 17 years in the millwork industry — starting on the shop floor after graduating from Conestoga College — Trevor prepares accurate project estimates by carefully reviewing drawings, scope, and production requirements.
Manjinder Singh
Production Manager
Manjinder oversees daily production operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. He manages workflow, scheduling, and team coordination while maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Jugraj Singh
Supply Chain
With hands-on experience in supply chain operations, Jugraj manages procurement and material coordination — working closely with vendors and internal teams to keep a reliable flow of materials and support smooth project execution.
