Libraries
Architectural millwork engineered for the civic lifespan of public, academic and research libraries.
Public branch, academic and specialty library work delivered across Ontario and cross-border in the United States.
About this sub-sector
A library is one of the longest-serving pieces of public infrastructure a community will ever build. The circulation desk, the stacks, the reading rooms, the study lounges and the children's terraces have to serve patrons, staff and the collection for two to three decades under continuous daily use.
Sandha Woodworks engineers, manufactures, finishes and installs the complete interior millwork package for public branches, university and college libraries, research collections, learning commons and specialty archives across Canada and the United States.
Every scope is drawn, fabricated and installed by one team, out of one facility in Brantford, Ontario, under one project manager — from the day the contract is awarded through the warranty period.

Our approach
Libraries are now the civic living rooms of their communities — quiet study, children's programming, digital learning, community gatherings and long-term stewardship of the collection all happen inside the same walls. Sandha builds the millwork that makes those environments work quietly and last a generation.
