Sandha Woodworks has been appointed fixture manufacturer for a multi-year national retail programme covering both new-build locations and existing-store remodels across Canadian markets.
The programme begins with a prototype engineering phase this quarter, in which the client's design intent package will be translated into a controlled fixture standard covering drawings, material specifications, hardware schedules, packaging specifications and installation methodology.
Delivery will use the regional staging model applied across Sandha's multi-site programmes, in which production is released to regional distribution points rather than direct to site. This decouples the manufacturing schedule from landlord possession and site readiness variability, which is the most common source of disruption in national rollout work.
