Overview
On every millwork package, Sandha assigns a single project manager as the point of contact for the architect, interior designer, GC, MEP, AV, security and structural consultants. Millwork sits at the intersection of almost every other trade — a reception desk touches power, data, AV, HVAC returns, structural blocking, lighting, plumbing and finish trades. If one PM isn't actively coordinating all of them, drawings drift, RFIs stall, and site conflicts show up during install. That's why we do this in-house: our coordinator lives inside the drawing set, joins the consultant meetings, tracks every RFI, and pushes revisions through Microvellum so what's approved is exactly what's cut and installed. Take-off from your drawings, specs and finish schedule. Line-item quote returned within one business day for most packages.
02 · Engineering & Shop Drawings
In-house team produces AWI/AWMAC-compliant shop drawings in AutoCAD, coordinated with Microvellum for direct-to-machine output.
03 · Submittals & Samples
Finish samples, hardware cut-sheets and drawing set submitted for architect/GC approval prior to release to production.
04 · CNC Fabrication
Panels nested and machined on multi-axis CNC. Solid-wood machining, edge-banding and dowel/confirmat assembly in dedicated cells.
05 · Finishing
Controlled-environment spray booths for stain, lacquer, conversion varnish, catalyzed polyurethane and low-VOC waterborne systems.
06 · QC & Pre-Ship
100 % dimensional and finish inspection against the approved shop drawings. Pre-assembled where practical for site-fit certainty.
07 · Delivery & Install Coordination
Blanket-wrapped, phased delivery coordinated with your site schedule. Installation supervision available Canada-wide.

Why does millwork need its own coordination PM?+
Millwork touches almost every other trade — power, data, AV, HVAC, structural blocking, lighting, finishes. Without one person tracking those hand-offs, drawings and site work drift apart. Our PM owns that coordination so the architect doesn't have to chase it.
How fast are RFIs answered?+
Inside 48 hours as a standard commitment, and same-day on fast-track jobs. Every RFI is logged, tracked, and closed with a drawing revision or written response.
Who attends the consultant meetings?+
Our project manager attends architect / ID / GC / MEP / AV / security / structural coordination meetings as needed — in person on GTA projects, on Teams / Zoom on out-of-town work.
Do you coordinate directly with the AV, MEP and security consultants?+
Yes — we take backgrounds from each consultant, overlay them on our millwork, flag every conflict on a written clash report, and push revisions until it's clean before we go to production.
