Premium-grade architectural millwork for luxury and full-service hotels.

Hospitality Millwork

Sequence- and grain-matched veneer paneling, custom reception and back-bar millwork, guest-room casework, corridor wainscot and amenity-floor woodwork — engineered for 4- and 5-star hotel programs and delivered with a long-term maintenance package that keeps the millwork looking opening-day for years.

Overview

We deliver the full millwork package for hotel projects — from grand front-of-house lobbies with sweeping sequence- and grain-matched veneer walls and coffered wood ceilings, to guest-room headboard walls, wardrobes, minibars, desks, vanities and closets, through to amenity floors, executive lounges, meeting rooms, ballrooms, bars, spa and fitness change-rooms, corridor wainscot and back-of-house pantries.

Every project is built to AWMAC Premium grade on public-facing scope, with book-matched and sequence-matched veneer panels, brass and blackened-steel reveals, solid-surface counters and quartz work-tops selected to match the operator's brand standard and PIP.

We work directly with international hotel chains and independent luxury operators, coordinating with the FF&E procurement team so the millwork lands aligned with headboards, minibar appliances, vanity fixtures and lock hardware on day one.

Fire-rated hotel entry and stair doors are not manufactured in-house — we supply them through our audited fire-rated door partners, so the label, hardware and installation come through the same accountable millwork package as the rest of the scope.

Long-term maintenance is included as an option on every hotel package: scheduled site visits for veneer touch-up, hinge and slide re-adjustment, solid-surface polishing, and PIP-cycle refresh work — so the millwork stays inspection-ready between renovations.

FAQs

Do you work directly with international hotel chains?+

Yes — we deliver millwork packages for global full-service and luxury hotel operators, matching each brand's PIP and Design Standard book on finish, hardware and grade.

How do you sequence- and grain-match veneer across a lobby wall?+

Every log flitch is reviewed and approved before cutting. Panels are laid out in a full-scale shop drawing, book- and sequence-matched, and stored together as a set — the same flitch runs from reception through elevator lobby so grain reads continuously.

Do you manufacture fire-rated hotel doors?+

No — we do not manufacture fire-rated doors in-house. We supply them through certified label-holding partners so the door, frame, hardware and label all land under one accountable millwork package.

Which certifications do you carry in-house?+

We are certified AWMAC (Architectural Woodwork Manufacturers Association of Canada), CKCA (Canadian Kitchen Cabinet Association), WMCO (Wood Manufacturing Council of Ontario) and ISO 9001. Any specialty scope we don't manufacture in-house is supplied through equivalently certified partners and distributors.

Do you offer a long-term maintenance package?+

Yes — every hotel package can include a scheduled maintenance program: veneer touch-up, hinge and slide re-adjustment, solid-surface polishing, and PIP-cycle refurbishment so the millwork stays opening-day-ready year after year.

Can you meet the brand's PIP (Property Improvement Plan)?+

Yes — send the PIP and current brand-standard book; we'll spec every item against the required grade, finish family and hardware schedule, and provide a compliance sign-off per scope.

Do you support phased renovations while the hotel operates?+

Yes — floor-by-floor, wing-by-wing and after-hours phased delivery is standard for occupied hotel renovations, with dust barriers and guest-facing protection in place.
