Corporate, Bank & Institutional Millwork

End-to-end millwork for the full corporate and institutional spectrum — retail bank branches, corporate head offices, executive suites, law and accounting firms, dental and medical professional offices, public and academic libraries, call centres, business centres, financial trading floors and government institutional buildings. One PM, one submittal package, one accountable installer for every wood, veneer, solid-surface and metal-trimmed casework line item on the plan.

Overview

The typical corporate or institutional fit-out carries 20–40 millwork line items scattered across the plan. We consolidate them into one package — one PM, one drawing set, one delivery sequence — so the GC is not chasing five sub-trades to close out the floor.

For retail bank branches we build the teller line and cash counters, financial advisor private offices, customer waiting and lounge millwork, ATM vestibule wood paneling, safe-deposit and coin rooms, meeting room credenzas, back-of-house staff kitchens and manager offices — all in bank-grade veneer, quartz and solid-surface with tamper-resistant hardware. Branded finishes and colour standards are matched from the client's design guide (we work brand-agnostic; nothing on our reference photos identifies a specific bank).

For corporate head offices and tenant improvements we deliver reception desks, boardroom tables with integrated cable management, executive corner offices with built-in credenzas and libraries, open-plan phone booth pods, acoustic wall paneling, pantry and coffee-bar millwork, mailrooms, wellness rooms and cafeteria serveries.

For professional offices — law firms, accounting practices, dental and medical clinics — we scope full-height library shelving with rolling ladders, reception check-in counters in wood veneer with solid-surface tops, exam and treatment-room casework, consultation-room millwork and file-storage walls.

For libraries and business centres we produce circulation and information desks, floor-to-ceiling shelving, study carrels, acoustic wood-slat ceilings, day-locker walls, mail and parcel millwork and co-working reception.

For call centres, trading floors and financial services we deliver workstation pods with integrated cable and power, supervisor cabins, acoustic panel systems and break-out room millwork.

For institutional and government buildings — courthouses, transit hubs, licensing centres, DND and RCMP facilities — we fabricate to NAAWS Premium Grade, hold Controlled Goods Program (CGP) registration for defence-adjacent projects and support PWGSC/PSPC submittal requirements.

FAQs

Do you build to bank brand standards without being tied to one bank?+

Yes — we work brand-agnostic and match any bank's finish, veneer, colour and hardware specification from their design guide. Our reference photography is deliberately generic and carries no bank logos or branding.

Can you deliver an entire bank branch millwork package as one scope?+

Yes — teller line, cash counters, advisor offices, waiting lounge, ATM vestibule paneling, meeting room credenzas, back-of-house staff kitchen and manager office are supplied and installed under one PM and one submittal set.

Can you help with LEED / WELL documentation?+

Yes — we provide EPDs, HPDs, VOC test reports and FSC® Chain-of-Custody certificates as required by the design team.

Do you integrate AV, power and data?+

Yes — send the AV and IT drawings early and we engineer the coordination into the shop drawings, including grommets, power towers and cable troughs.

Are you Controlled Goods Program registered?+

Yes — Sandha is a CGP-registered facility, which lets us work on federal defence and security-adjacent institutional projects.

Can you meet CAN/ULC-S102 Class A on public paneling?+

Yes — FRT panels and Class A finish systems are available on lobby and corridor paneling. Certificates ship with the O&M package.

Do you install after-hours to keep branches, offices and clinics open?+

Yes — evening, weekend and phased installs are standard on live banking, professional and clinical sites so operations never fully stop.
