Overview
**Corian® — fabricated in-house.** Corian is DuPont's original mineral-filled acrylic solid surface: non-porous, seamless, thermoformable, renewable by sanding, and available in hundreds of colours. As a certified Corian fabricator we cut, joint, thermoform and finish every Corian element in our own shop, using DuPont-approved adhesives, seam procedures and edge details. That certification is a condition of the DuPont 10-year installed warranty — an uncertified installer voids it on day one. In-house control means we can also fabricate Corian sinks and integral coved bowls, curved reception fronts, wet-wall panels, wall cladding, signage and 3D thermoformed feature pieces without sub-contracting the shape work.
**Quartz, granite and marble countertops — through certified partners.** Engineered quartz (Caesarstone, Silestone, Cambria, HanStone), natural granite and natural marble need diamond-tool slab shops, water-cooled CNC bridge saws and slab-yard inventory that live outside a millwork shop. We keep long-standing, audited relationships with fabricators who specialize in exactly that — they template off our millwork, cut and polish the slab to our seam plan, and deliver to our schedule. You still get one point of contact, one drawing package and one warranty response through Sandha.
**Architectural glass and back-painted (glazed) panels — through certified partners.** Interior millwork increasingly uses tempered clear glass for shelving and vanities, low-iron glass for display casework, and back-painted or ceramic-frit glass for splashbacks, wet-wall cladding, and feature panels. Cut-to-size tempering, hole-drilling, ceramic-frit application and CGSB/CSA-certified safety glazing are all done by our glass partners; we detail the millwork substrate, blocking and reveal, then integrate the finished panel on site.
**One millworker, one submittal, one warranty conversation.** Whether the counter is Corian, the vanity is quartz, the reception face is back-painted glass and the shelving is tempered — everything ships in one coordinated package, sequenced with the casework and installed by our crew.

FAQs
Do you actually fabricate Corian yourselves, or is it sub-contracted?+
Corian is fabricated in-house at our shop. We are certified Corian® fabricators — cutting, thermoforming, seaming and finishing all happen under our roof, which is what allows the DuPont 10-year installed warranty to attach to the finished counter.
Why partner out quartz, granite and marble instead of doing it in-house?+
Quartz, granite and marble need a dedicated slab shop with bridge saws, water-jet CNC and slab-yard inventory — that is a different trade from millwork. We keep long-term relationships with certified stone fabricators who template off our shop drawings, cut to our seam plan and deliver on our schedule, so the client still gets one point of contact.
Are your glass partners certified for safety glazing?+
Yes. All tempered glass supplied through our partners is certified to CAN/CGSB-12.1 and ANSI Z97.1 / CPSC 16 CFR 1201 as required by code for interior installations.
Can you match a specific Corian, quartz or back-painted glass colour?+
Yes — we work from the full Corian® palette in-house and can source any current colour in Caesarstone, Silestone, Cambria and HanStone through our stone partners. Back-painted glass can be matched to any RAL, Benjamin Moore or Sherwin-Williams reference.
Who holds the warranty on the stone and glass scope?+
Sandha holds the warranty conversation with you as the single point of contact. The underlying manufacturer warranties (Caesarstone, Cambria, glass tempering certification, etc.) flow through our partners and are documented in the closeout package.
Can Corian and glass be combined in the same piece?+
Yes — a common detail is a Corian reception counter with a back-painted glass transaction top, or a Corian vanity with a low-iron glass splashback. We detail the substrate, reveal and joint so both trades install cleanly.
What's the maximum Corian sheet size?+
30" × 145" nominal for most brands; we join with inconspicuous seams for longer runs.
